Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the product is:

Sealed
In its original packaging
In the same condition it was received
Approved by our support team before being sent back
For safety and hygiene reasons, Nucellia cannot accept any product that has been opened, used, unsealed, worn, damaged after delivery, tampered with, or returned without prior written approval.
All return requests are subject to review. Approval is not guaranteed.
Nucellia reserves the right to approve, deny, partially approve, or reject any return request to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unsealed products
Products with a broken, removed, damaged, or tampered seal
Products not in their original packaging
Products damaged after delivery
Products returned without prior approval
Products returned after the allowed return window
Products purchased during sales, discounts, promotions, bundle offers, clearance events, or limited-time offers
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Orders with incorrect shipping details entered by the customer
Orders refused, rejected, abandoned, or not collected by the customer
Packages marked as delivered by the courier
Skin feel, scent, texture, comfort, or personal preference issues after opening
Change of mind after the order has been processed or delivered
Claims related to individual results, since results vary from person to person
Failure to use the product as directed
Customer failure to monitor tracking or delivery updates
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Requests without photos, order details, or timely communication may be denied.
After reviewing the issue, Nucellia may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or no refund depending on the situation.
Nucellia reserves the right to review each claim individually and make the final decision to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after a return request has been approved and, if required, the returned product has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any approved refund may have return shipping costs, return label costs, processing fees, payment processing fees, handling fees, fulfillment fees, or other applicable costs deducted from the refund amount.
Nucellia reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is opened, used, worn, damaged, unsealed, incomplete, late, tampered with, or does not match the approved return request.
Nucellia is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or card providers after a refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a return is approved, Nucellia may provide return instructions or a return shipping label at our discretion.
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier rates, package size, return destination, fulfillment requirements, and other shipping factors.
Customers may be quoted a return shipping fee of up to $100.
If Nucellia provides a return shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund amount or charged to the customer before the return is accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Nucellia is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, sent to the wrong address, returned without tracking, or sent without prior approval.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Any product returned without prior written approval may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, Nucellia cannot guarantee cancellation, address changes, product changes, quantity changes, bundle changes, discount changes, or order modifications.
Customers are responsible for making sure all shipping information, contact information, and order details are correct before placing an order.
Nucellia reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
Nucellia is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Missed delivery attempts
Refused packages
Abandoned packages
Courier delays

Local delivery restrictions
Customer failure to monitor tracking updates
Customer failure to collect the package
Any issue outside Nucellia’s control
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered delivered.
Nucellia is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after being marked delivered by the courier.
Results Disclaimer
Nucellia products are designed to support a wellness routine when used as directed.
Individual results vary from person to person based on age, lifestyle, sleep, hydration, nutrition, skin type, consistency, and other personal factors.
Nucellia does not offer refunds based on personal expectations, individual results, lack of results, skin feel, comfort preference, change of mind, or failure to use the product consistently as directed.
Nucellia is not a medicine, drug, or medical treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, discounts, bundle offers, clearance events, limited-time offers, special campaigns, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Nucellia reserves the right to decide whether an item qualifies as final sale.
Policy Abuse
Nucellia reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, store credit, discounts, or future orders if we suspect abuse of our policies.
This includes repeated refund requests, false claims, chargeback abuse, damaged product claims without evidence, suspicious order activity, misuse of discount codes, attempts to return opened or used products, or attempts to bypass our policies.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute, Nucellia reserves the right to provide order records, tracking details, customer communication, policy terms, delivery confirmation, and any relevant evidence to the payment processor or bank.
Nucellia may pause support, refunds, replacements, or store credit while a dispute is under review.
