If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered delivered. Nucellia is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after being marked delivered.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If Nucellia provides a return shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund amount.
